"Modern Family" sneak peek pics and clips of "The Bicycle Thief"

While Wednesday night's episode of Modern Family is titled "The Bicycle Thief", the storyline for gay dads Cameron and Mitchell might be better titled "Anything Your Baby Can Do, Ours Can Do Better."

***WARNING*** Spoilers!

The plot revolves around Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) taking Lily to a "Mommy and Me" class where it turns out they aren't the only gay dads attending.

Also present are Anton and Scott along with their baby Chauncey who, much to Mitchell's chagrin, seem to do everything a little better than they do. Indeed, while Lily comes from Vietnam, Chauncey is from Sudan because "...the situation in Darfur right now is just horrific."

They are also much better "dancers" not having any inhibitions when it's their turn to dance with with Chauncey.

Anton, Scott and Chauncey are also very popular with the other mothers, so much so that there is a waiting list for playdates with Chauncey.

It turns out that while Mitchell might not want to be the center of attention ala Cameron, he does not like to be shown up.  In fact, neither of them do and according to casting sides, at one point the two men have the following conversation:

Mitchell
I am so over Chauncey

Cameron
(making fun of Chauncey)
Look at me, I'm already scooting.

Mitchell
I like "Wheels on the Bus."

Cameron
Oh my god. We're making fun of a baby from Darfur. We're the worst people in the world.

Mitchell
Look at us. We're having fun. We're not meeting people. How did this happen?

Naturally, lessons are learned and Cameron and Mitchell go on to get into the spirit of things, showing they can shake their booty with the best of them. (Note: Scenes are frequently rewritten after casting sides go out and the actual dialogue in episode might be different.)

While Anton and Scott feel a bit stereotypical, kudos to the show for already featuring two more gay dads and not having the episode revolve around whether or not the other parents accept them as gay parents.
