Action! - Robert 'Bobby G.' Gianopolis
Background
Bobby G. appeared in 10 episodes of this critically acclaimed Fox series that only lasted 22 episodes. This character marked something of a breakthrough as Bobby G. ran Dragonfire Films and routinely threatened others to get his way. Even though the character was definitely gay, he also had a wife in order to pass as straight. He also had a tendency to flash his penis to intimidate others. It was suggested that he was a parody of retired Fox Chairman Barry Diller.
Trivia
The actor Lee Arenberg, would go on to have a comic supporting role in the Pirates of the Caribbean films.
