Good Times, Bad Times (German)

Hmm…. I’m wondering how they’re going to get Lenny out of this. Soap characters rarely ever truly pay for their sins because they have to remain around to create more havoc. But I like that the show is taking this particular character on this particular journey, having him see how truly odious he was and making him pay for his multitude of sins.

I really enjoyed the sequence where Tayfun came along at just the right moment and stopped Lenny from doing something really stupid. And while I’m certainly glad that Lenny didn’t off himself, my hard heart says that Lenny deserves this and more for all the awful things he did. I haven’t let him off the hook ... yet.

Keep suffering Lenny, keep suffering!

I’m still not buying that Lenny’s parents would be so incurious as to why their son was so weepy about another guy. I think it would be much more realistic if we saw some trepidation on their parts over his emotional reaction, even if they didn’t let Lenny see it.
