Out gay actor Thom Bierdz is all set to return to his role as Phillip Chancellor III on The Young and The Restless full time starting with the Friday July 3rd show… and it won’t be long before viewers learn that Phillip, believed to have been killed as a result of a drunk driving accident, faked his death some 20 years ago.
