QUESTION OF THE WEEK

GOOL THEATER – Lots of clips this week so let’s get right to them. Of course I share my thoughts, so I invite you to share yours at the end of the column. Please be aware there are a few NSFW words here and there!

PICK OF THE WEEK – One Life To Live

You know, I’ve been accused in some quarters (you know who you are) of being a shill for this show, as if I’m on the OLTL payroll. But, I can’t be bought. Well, not easily anyway. The fact of the matter is, how can I not give this show some love when it turns out amazing material such as this.

In the above clips, Brett Claywell as Kyle reminded me – as if I could forget – what a good actor he is. That’s especially true in scenes where he has no dialogue, leaving his face and eyes to tell you everything. I’m also glad to see Kyle and Oliver in a scene together, even if it’s all too brief.

Just having these guys together has us cheering for them to work it out as Claywell and Evans continue to show how deeply these two love each other despite all that has happened between them.
