The actor who was playing lifeguard Sam is named Wesley Morgan. He's from Toronto and started out modelling, but then got in to acting. That's pretty much all I know about him. Not a lot of info to find online.. I think he played in a season of Paradise Falls too.

For some reason the Canadian station that airs Degrassi decided to air a few of the episodes early on in the season out of order. (No one really knows why they decided to do this), but, the Riley episodes that are on this Friday have already aired in Canada and have been posted on youtube as well as the G-O-D board and pretty much what was mentioned in the GOOL article is what was in the episode.
I know the Degrassi Season starts in Canada before they air in the US. The new season started in Canada 5 days before the US Season, but, there have been some episodes this season that aired in a different order on CTV, then the order they're being played in America. For instance, our third episode was your 5th, so that one episode aired in America before it did in Canada. That's the last time that'll happen this season though because now both episode lists are going in the same order, except for the fact that CTV airs an hour of Degrassi and Teen Nick only airs a half hour.
As many have pointed out, these episodes have already aired in Canada. The US is currently on a two week delay.
I was incorrect in my original post...the two parter aired back to back in Canada on the 1st...I thought the same thing was gonna happen here. It's not. Part 1 of Beat it is on the 13th and Part 2 is on the 20th.
Part 1 deals with Riley trying to poke Fiona to prove he's straight.
You know, I've tried to get behind this couple and I guess if they really love each other, I want them to wind up together, but, I can't help but get bored watching them. I don't find it very easy to root for them. The premise (minus the religion) is like John Paul and Craig, except replace Sarah (RIP) with Ameera. But, with John Paul and Craig it felt more natural. I was able to see their friendship start and progress. I felt bad for JP when he came out and lost Craig and then I watched Craig struggle with his own feelings. And although, at times I wanted to smack Craig, watching them I was able to feel everything with them as they felt it. It was so clear that they loved each other and ached for each other so deeply, but with Christian and Syed, I don't feel that raw emotion. It's like they laid the story down for us and told us they love each other, but, I don't understand why they do. I haven't seen any relationship develop between them, not even behind closed doors. I don't even know if they have anything in common. I just don't know how to root for them when I haven't really seen anything worth rooting for.
The story is all shock value and no heart. Bad pacing, plot-driven, and no real connection between most of the characters. Syed comes across as a whiny loser.

I don't think they're going to follow the same route as Luke and Noah. I think the show, the writers and the network have far too much respect for the story and the characters than to treat them like that.
And to me, the situations are VERY different.
Luke and Noah LIVED under the same roof for over a year and didn't touch each other, except for the occasional hug or tepid kiss. Kyle has more on screen intimate moments with a guy he only dated a few weeks than the ATWT boys have in the past year.
And IMO in the context of the story, it makes sense for them not to rush into anything. They JUST got back together after years of being apart. They both have said they need to get to know each other all over again.... and it was pretty clear to me from today's show that Kyle still has a lot of pain over the past.
Now if they're still waiting in 6 months, I'll be the first to place a call to the folks at OLTL and ask what the heck is going on. But I suspect it won't be long at all. I give it a few weeks. And in Llanview, that's just two or three days.
And so far, this show has not only met, but surpassed everyone one of my expectations. This story has been more than I ever could have imagined. I don't think they'll let their growing fanbase down for something so important.
...when I was in a relationship that broke up due to a 3rd party, it took us several weeks of talking to re-establish the bond between us and ascertain that we both wanted to take another shot at being together. At one point I was the one trying to initiate sex, and my boyfriend resisted because it wasn't right; subsequently, he made a very obvious pass, and I was the one who resisted because it wasn't right. Eventually, we went to dinner, had a very long conversation followed by a moonlight walk, a kiss on a hillside, holding hands all the way home, and THEN, FINALLY, several hours of great sex. But we needed that buildup/healing time first.
So I'd say Kyle and Oliver are proceeding exactly the way they should be. I wouldn't expect them to get together for at least a few weeks, once they've really, truly cemented their trust level again. Besides, on a certain level, isn't the anticipation really hot, knowing what's coming?
I was getting sick of all the speculation "have they or haven't they" in all the AE liveblogs! Also, considering they proposed the idea of them getting married last week, I highly doubt they will take 2 years to make whoopie, especially after seeing the intimacy between Kyle and Nick, but who knows. Only time will tell.

As to whether Oliver and Kyle have had sex? I thought the show made it extremely clear that Kyle and Oliver slept with each other throughout college from the time they pledged KAD until Mrs. Fish walked in on them during Parents' Weekend in the guys' senior year.
Oliver himself admitted that he was sleeping with Kyle during their Llanview University days when Layla finally confronted his lying ass after she learned from Nick that Kyle's ex-lover is a closet case-turned cop - the same cop with whom Layla was working and living and dating/boinking to boot. Poor girl...
It was always ambiguous. For all we know, all she walked in on was the two of them in their undies kissing. That would be enough to ride that Shame Train that Oliver was on for so long. Also, whenever Oliver and Kyle talked about each other's past they'd say they were "lovers" which doesn't automatically mean they were sexual partners. Since the show never came out and said "Remember when we made love....", I always assumed they never did. A virgin before proven otherwise folks!

It was never ambiguous to me. Kyle said they were lovers, point blank. Oliver admitted to sleeping with Kyle. I don't see how it can be construed otherwise. It was made clear they had shared a bed many, many times. I think if Oliver had never had sex with Kyle, he would have used that as a defense when Layla confronted him. I'd have a hard time believing they were involved for as long as they indicated they were and that they were still so hung up on each other, but never had sex? And well, I've never heard term lover used for someone you were not having a sexual relationship with. That's about as explicit as the show is going to get without detailing sexual positions. Sorry, I'm not seeing the ambiguity.
What do you call a boyfriend in high school that you never had sex with, but were intimate with? "That guy?" Here at AE the majority knee jerk reaction is that they have already had sex, and they might have. All I'm saying is that it will be nice to stop ASSUMING. We can finally not have any ifs, ands, or buts, and be able to definitely say without any "Well they said, so I GUESS it means....", NO!........They slept together. No beating around the bush. No maybes.
BTW, I could have simply missed it. I've watched the boys since the beginning and I've always interpreted it as ambiguous. Based on other websites I have been to, many others believe the same as me. Yeah, I always thought it was pretty obvious they had sex too. I mean, Kyle did refer to him as his lover....that's usually what you call someone who you've made love to. (BTW, I would call my highschool boyfriend my highschool boyfriend.) Although I would never use the word lover anyway, I don't know why it just has always sounded weird to me. Anyways, back on topic, with Kyle's lover comment and Oliver telling Layla that he was sleeping with Kyle in college, Kyle's comments about him crawling into his bed and the fact that they were together for a few years. I mean if Luke and Noah finally had sex after being together for over a year while living in the same house, then surely Kyle and Oliver had sex while "sleeping" in the same bed throughout college. Plus, if that wasn't enough both the actors and Ron C. have used the term 'sexual past' before in interviews. This will just be their first time after being reunited and an official out couple.

I remember some debate early on about what happened between them in college, but since Kyle told about his past relationship to Roxy and Christian, not only am I satisfied that they slept together, I don't even recall there having been any debate about it in the threads. Maybe there's some that my eyes just skipped over because I considered it a closed question.
WHAT?! They keep playing with my emotions and sucking me back in!!! Dr. Matt Reed?! Promises, Promises. I don't know how to feel about this most recent news. After Maddie, Ameera, Brian, that faux gay twin, Kevin, Mason, and now this new guy, I simply don't believe ATWT when they hint at a possible love triangle for the boys. The nearest they have come to love triangles was with Maddie (who was not a man!!) 2 years ago!! Anthony, I want to believe so badly that an actual gay love triangle will actually happen, but then it just doesn't. They keep bringing in new guys, having them stay for a few months, and then they randomly/lamely disappear never to be heard or seen from again (not including the murder of one Mr. Reg Anonymous). Do they think I'm DUMB?! WTF?! Do they want no one to care about the boys b/c if that is the case, they are doing a great job! I keep hoping and hoping and hoping, and I haven't given up yet, but I AM ANGRY!!
Since a love triangle didn't happen after 5 VERY likely candidates, I just don't feel like I can fully trust them:

The only positive thing that I can hold onto now is that at least they are doing stuff together which is 10,000 times more than I can say for my other show FL, and at least they get screen time unlike GREEK, Y&R, and many other shows. I know that ATWT is not the NUKE show, but when ATWT knows how popular the couple is, and yet keep humiliating everyone involved like this, it makes me want to SCREAM!!!

Amen to everything you said! The writers are using Nuke so cynically it's a crime. And bringing in another guy to "fall in love" with one of them? Huh? What's the point?
I was highly irritated by the Nuke scenes last week UNTIL Van Hansis and Forbes March finally came face to face bitchcraft and all. It is such lazy storytelling for Damian to come in and save the gays from the "predatory" Mason. And I am not looking forward to this upcoming Hellen Keller (minus the hearing impairment) cum PHANTOM OF THE OPERA storyline for Noah. It's just so stupid at this point.
I am, however, looking forward to FISICA O QUIMICA big time. Adrian Rodriguez is beyond gorgeous, and his David's enthusiasm is so infectious. I hope David doesn't blow up at Fer too much after the Olimpia affair reveal.
Can't Y&R just change course and make Chance (Philip IV) a gay character? I cannot stand his scenes with that wench Chloe. Maria Arena Bell has really disappointed the LGBT community with her promises of featuring gay characters on Y&R that would be treated the same as the rest of Genoa City's crazy population. What a mess this show is.

Contrary to the video they left,They traveled to Cologne,Germany to meet the cast and crew of AWZ and even got to be extras in a future episode. They talk about it,in full detail,on their blog. They posted some older clips earlier in the week last week but this weekend posted all the new eps.(except,oddly ep 797 which,hopefully will be up on YouTube soon.)
The video quality isn't up to thier usual standard,but it's still watchable,unlike the damn RTL NOW site,which now takes forever to load.

Wow, that is exciting! It couldn't have happened to more deserving fans like Eskimokissproject, and I'll definitely be watching. I know there's alot of love for Kish right now, me included, but I have to say, AWZ is by far my favorite. It's one of the few shows where almost all of the storylines, not just Roman and Deniz's, are interesting and fun.
I watched and like what I saw of AWZ, but the Fall season crashed into my time constraints and I dropped away.
I would actually probably enjoy it more if I could watch the whole show. One of the things that frustrates me keeping up with shows through online clips is the way plotlines will show up, get my attention, and then vanish, never showing me how they end.

I think ATWT had a case of bad casting with Mason Jarvis. (The situation was made worse by the bad writing, of course.) Noah and Mason never really clicked. I thought they were sometimes so awkward in their scenes together that I wonder how Forbes March got cast at all. The irony is Forbes could probably play Dr. Matt Reed, given the chemistry we saw between Luke and Mason last week. Now I just hope they cast the doctor well... Another thing is if the doctor will pursue Luke, I would like it to go beyond just drunk kissing, please. Maybe the doctor will want Luke to sleep with him before he would heal Noah. Then, Luke would have to betray Noah in order to save him...
I don't know if casting has anything to do with it. If you're supposed to be a love interest for someone, but every time you so much as touch their shoulder it sets off a round of high-level meetings about whether it's appropriate, it's going to be hard to do scenes without constant second-guessing, awkwardness, and holding back.
We'll never know if there would have been chemistry between Mason and Jake if the actors had just been left alone to do their jobs. Since Mason isn't interested in Luke, there was probably less interference in those scenes, and that may be part of why there was more chemistry there. Perhaps they could have had that with Noah and Mason if they hadn't shot themselves in the foot. And any actor might have had trouble creating chemistry with a co-star under those conditions.
In his interview with TV Guide, March said he'd gone into the audition willing to be over-the-top, no holds barred -- but that he was shut down in every scene. How can you have chemistry with someone you're supposed to be attracted to when they are afraid to have you even touch him? And why should we think it will be any different with this new doctor -- unless it's okay because he's an "evil perv"?
... it was the casting at all. Forbes March is clearly a talented, sexy actor. I'm sure that's why he was cast. However, they obviously did not test Forbes and Jake together beforehand. Because their scenes were deadly dull from day one. Chemistry is either there or it isn't. There was never anything there with Forbes and Jake but a reason to change the channel and nothing could have helped.
And you're right. When I learned the show was casting this Dr. Feelgood to be a love interest for Luke, I thought Forbes would be perfect for the role. The chemistry is certainly there. But no matter. Van clicks with any one he's paired with so I'm sure he'll connect with whomever is eventually cast.
And let's not have any nonsense where Luke sleeps with the doctor to save Noah. Let's have Luke have real feelings for another man. It's time to end this 'I only have eyes for you' nonsense. It's one of the many reasons why this couple is so boring and tedious now.
of love triangles, it's obvious that Nuke need a shake on their storyline. I only want that they take the time to tell the story. They must center the story on Noah's recovery at first, they must introduce the gay doctor (and better not being only isolated in Nuke storyline) and give him time to develop and to fall for Luke. If they give the storyline the right pace, it would work.
And i'm not afraid of Van not having chemistry with the actor, because till now, he has a really good chemistry with everyone on the show
I think I'll start with FOQ. I like how the show is portraying them, as a real couple, with real problems. And it's not just about them either. I think it's excellent. Will be interesting to see what will happen between David and his father when he's confronted with the affair. Fer and David are one of my favorite couples on tv these days. I generally like the show too. I just have two issues with them this season, for one they don't get enough screen time, which is annoying. Secondy, the writers are too afraid to show a sex scene, when we have seen ALL the other characters have sex, and the sex scene with Julio and Yoli was kinda explicit too, well for a show like this at least. I hope we get to see more affection between Fer and David soon.
I am glad Glee is back, and I am glad we finally get to see more of Kurt. He was barely there for the last few episodes, which is awful, since he is one of the better and more interesting characters. Why not cut down on the Rachel drama and add more Kurt? I can't stand Rachel.
I love Big Love, and I'm glad they are going forward with this gay romance. Should be fun to watch!
Last but not least I just want to say that Degrassi aired that episode over a week ago, and the clips were added over a week ago too.. I don't know why you didn't include it this week?
There's also a Spanish show with a new gay storyline which seems interesting. Ernesto is the new gay character in the series Doctor Mateo. It's worth watching just for the scenery alone, simply breathtaking! I love Spain.
I think you're talking about the Canadian airdate. These episodes don't air till friday, and the xecond part till next week friday. It's kinda the way it's been since last year we aired some episodes earlier than Canada, which was weird. But I think that's why he's fleshing it out a little bit for us U.S. viewers. Sure it might be on youtube already, but it has't been on U.S. t.v. yet.
Spain is one of the most open countires, allowing gay marriages and everything. Of course there's still backlash, but what country doesn't have that. Spain has great portrayels of their gay characters. They are actual real people, which the U.S. is starting fo finally do after so many years on primetime!

JoJo06, there is definitely a comfort level with the portrayal of gay characters in Spain that the U.S. has yet to master. It makes watching shows like FOQ, and even the recently cancelled Fonsi and Alberto storyline a joy to watch. The spanish men don't hurt either ;-).
i'm so excited about possibility that is not everything over between Kyle and Nick,i mean it's would be an awesome plot twist,isn't it? it's obliviously that Nick still has feelings to Kyle,so he could create some problems and tension, i think there is so many interesting ways to continue with love triangle story,even now when our lovebirds together and happy, anyway i really hope writers will give some decent story to Nick,i still love him a lot. But i really can't wait to see that 'so long waited' lovemaking scene between Kyle and Oliver...aww... they are so hot, and i agree their voices just irresistible sexy! what a hotties!
The week before that was a 1.9, which is steady from where they were. AMC and GH are slightly above them (why I don't know). This won't do much to help stop cancellation rumors.

Luke and Noah LIVED under the same roof for over a year and didn't touch each other, except for the occasional hug or tepid kiss. Kyle has more on screen intimate moments with a guy he only dated a few weeks than the ATWT boys have in the past year.
And IMO in the context of the story, it makes sense for them not to rush into anything. They JUST got back together after years of being apart. They both have said they need to get to know each other all over again.... and it was pretty clear to me from today's show that Kyle still has a lot of pain over the past.
Now if they're still waiting in 6 months, I'll be the first to place a call to the folks at OLTL and ask what the heck is going on. But I suspect it won't be long at all. I give it a few weeks. And in Llanview, that's just two or three days.
And so far, this show has not only met, but surpassed everyone one of my expectations. This story has been more than I ever could have imagined. I don't think they'll let their growing fanbase down for something so important.
Speaking from real life experience...
...when I was in a relationship that broke up due to a 3rd party, it took us several weeks of talking to re-establish the bond between us and ascertain that we both wanted to take another shot at being together. At one point I was the one trying to initiate sex, and my boyfriend resisted because it wasn't right; subsequently, he made a very obvious pass, and I was the one who resisted because it wasn't right. Eventually, we went to dinner, had a very long conversation followed by a moonlight walk, a kiss on a hillside, holding hands all the way home, and THEN, FINALLY, several hours of great sex. But we needed that buildup/healing time first.
So I'd say Kyle and Oliver are proceeding exactly the way they should be. I wouldn't expect them to get together for at least a few weeks, once they've really, truly cemented their trust level again. Besides, on a certain level, isn't the anticipation really hot, knowing what's coming?

I was getting sick of all the speculation "have they or haven't they" in all the AE liveblogs! Also, considering they proposed the idea of them getting married last week, I highly doubt they will take 2 years to make whoopie, especially after seeing the intimacy between Kyle and Nick, but who knows. Only time will tell.

As to whether Oliver and Kyle have had sex? I thought the show made it extremely clear that Kyle and Oliver slept with each other throughout college from the time they pledged KAD until Mrs. Fish walked in on them during Parents' Weekend in the guys' senior year.
Oliver himself admitted that he was sleeping with Kyle during their Llanview University days when Layla finally confronted his lying ass after she learned from Nick that Kyle's ex-lover is a closet case-turned cop - the same cop with whom Layla was working and living and dating/boinking to boot. Poor girl...
No, the show never made it explicitly clear
It was always ambiguous. For all we know, all she walked in on was the two of them in their undies kissing. That would be enough to ride that Shame Train that Oliver was on for so long. Also, whenever Oliver and Kyle talked about each other's past they'd say they were "lovers" which doesn't automatically mean they were sexual partners. Since the show never came out and said "Remember when we made love....", I always assumed they never did. A virgin before proven otherwise folks!

Fine, then call me crazy or I could be wrong, but
What do you call a boyfriend in high school that you never had sex with, but were intimate with? "That guy?" Here at AE the majority knee jerk reaction is that they have already had sex, and they might have. All I'm saying is that it will be nice to stop ASSUMING. We can finally not have any ifs, ands, or buts, and be able to definitely say without any "Well they said, so I GUESS it means....", NO!........They slept together. No beating around the bush. No maybes.
BTW, I could have simply missed it. I've watched the boys since the beginning and I've always interpreted it as ambiguous. Based on other websites I have been to, many others believe the same as me. If anyone can give me the video clips showing Oliver or Kyle clearly saying that they made whoopie, no question, I would be very happy. Thanks.

It was my mistake, and I completely forgot about it. I went to correct my previous post, but unfortunately tase87, you responded to me, so now I can't edit my post. In fact, oddly enough I've never missed reading a liveblog either, so when posts were like, "Well they said lovers, blah blah", I glanced over them wondering why everyone was speculating about sex when they were only saying "lovers" and beating around the bush. *****On a side note, I was glancing for several weeks and not fully reading all the comments at that time due to the rampant NUKE-bashing that was popular at the time. I thought it weird that I was the only one at AE going insane, so thanks to my fellow gheys, my amnesia is no longer, and I can continue through life being a happier, healthier, better educated queer :)~

ATWT Spoilers
WHAT?! They keep playing with my emotions and sucking me back in!!! Dr. Matt Reed?! Promises, Promises. I don't know how to feel about this most recent news. After Maddie, Ameera, Brian, that faux gay twin, Kevin, Mason, and now this new guy, I simply don't believe ATWT when they hint at a possible love triangle for the boys. The nearest they have come to love triangles was with Maddie (who was not a man!!) 2 years ago!! Anthony, I want to believe so badly that an actual gay love triangle will actually happen, but then it just doesn't. They keep bringing in new guys, having them stay for a few months, and then they randomly/lamely disappear never to be heard or seen from again (not including the murder of one Mr. Reg Anonymous). Do they think I'm DUMB?! WTF?! Do they want no one to care about the boys b/c if that is the case, they are doing a great job! I keep hoping and hoping and hoping, and I haven't given up yet, but I AM ANGRY!!
Since a love triangle didn't happen after 5 VERY likely candidates, I just don't feel like I can fully trust them:
(1) Kevin: They could have made it so that Kevin fell in love with Luke since Luke obviously still had feelings for Kevin

What the crap makes GUY NUMBER SIX ANY DIFFERENT?! I have pledged that I will watch the boys until the very end, which I will gladly do, but then they keep treating me like crap, and I just don't know how to react?!! It's beyond frustrating, it really is.
The only positive thing that I can hold onto now is that at least they are doing stuff together which is 10,000 times more than I can say for my other show FL, and at least they get screen time unlike GREEK, Y&R, and many other shows. I know that ATWT is not the NUKE show, but when ATWT knows how popular the couple is, and yet keep humiliating everyone involved like this, it makes me want to SCREAM!!!

I was highly irritated by the Nuke scenes last week UNTIL Van Hansis and Forbes March finally came face to face bitchcraft and all. It is such lazy storytelling for Damian to come in and save the gays from the "predatory" Mason. And I am not looking forward to this upcoming Hellen Keller (minus the hearing impairment) cum PHANTOM OF THE OPERA storyline for Noah. It's just so stupid at this point.
I am, however, looking forward to FISICA O QUIMICA big time. Adrian Rodriguez is beyond gorgeous, and his David's enthusiasm is so infectious. I hope David doesn't blow up at Fer too much after the Olimpia affair reveal.
Can't Y&R just change course and make Chance (Philip IV) a gay character? I cannot stand his scenes with that wench Chloe. Maria Arena Bell has really disappointed the LGBT community with her promises of featuring gay characters on Y&R that would be treated the same as the rest of Genoa City's crazy population. What a mess this show is.
I'm having the hardest time finding the German GOOD TIMES BAD TIMES on youtube. Lenny needs both anger management training and some serious doses of tranquilizers. Carsten can do better.

The ladies of EKP(Eskimo Kiss Productions) are,indeed,back!
Contrary to the video they left,They traveled to Cologne,Germany to meet the cast and crew of AWZ and even got to be extras in a future episode. They talk about it,in full detail,on their blog. They posted some older clips earlier in the week last week but this weekend posted all the new eps.(except,oddly ep 797 which,hopefully will be up on YouTube soon.)
The video quality isn't up to thier usual standard,but it's still watchable,unlike the damn RTL NOW site,which now takes forever to load.

Wow, that is exciting! It couldn't have happened to more deserving fans like Eskimokissproject, and I'll definitely be watching. I know there's alot of love for Kish right now, me included, but I have to say, AWZ is by far my favorite. It's one of the few shows where almost all of the storylines, not just Roman and Deniz's, are interesting and fun.

I watched and like what I saw of AWZ, but the Fall season crashed into my time constraints and I dropped away.
I would actually probably enjoy it more if I could watch the whole show. One of the things that frustrates me keeping up with shows through online clips is the way plotlines will show up, get my attention, and then vanish, never showing me how they end.

Mason's Chemistry
I don't know if casting has anything to do with it. If you're supposed to be a love interest for someone, but every time you so much as touch their shoulder it sets off a round of high-level meetings about whether it's appropriate, it's going to be hard to do scenes without constant second-guessing, awkwardness, and holding back.
We'll never know if there would have been chemistry between Mason and Jake if the actors had just been left alone to do their jobs. Since Mason isn't interested in Luke, there was probably less interference in those scenes, and that may be part of why there was more chemistry there. Perhaps they could have had that with Noah and Mason if they hadn't shot themselves in the foot. And any actor might have had trouble creating chemistry with a co-star under those conditions.

... it was the casting at all. Forbes March is clearly a talented, sexy actor. I'm sure that's why he was cast. However, they obviously did not test Forbes and Jake together beforehand. Because their scenes were deadly dull from day one. Chemistry is either there or it isn't. There was never anything there with Forbes and Jake but a reason to change the channel and nothing could have helped.
And you're right. When I learned the show was casting this Dr. Feelgood to be a love interest for Luke, I thought Forbes would be perfect for the role. The chemistry is certainly there. But no matter. Van clicks with any one he's paired with so I'm sure he'll connect with whomever is eventually cast.
And let's not have any nonsense where Luke sleeps with the doctor to save Noah. Let's have Luke have real feelings for another man. It's time to end this 'I only have eyes for you' nonsense. It's one of the many reasons why this couple is so boring and tedious now.
Even i'm not a fan
of love triangles, it's obvious that Nuke need a shake on their storyline. I only want that they take the time to tell the story. They must center the story on Noah's recovery at first, they must introduce the gay doctor (and better not being only isolated in Nuke storyline) and give him time to develop and to fall for Luke. If they give the storyline the right pace, it would work.
And i'm not afraid of Van not having chemistry with the actor, because till now, he has a really good chemistry with everyone on the show
FOQ and a new Spanish gay storyline

I think I'll start with FOQ. I like how the show is portraying them, as a real couple, with real problems. And it's not just about them either. I think it's excellent. Will be interesting to see what will happen between David and his father when he's confronted with the affair. Fer and David are one of my favorite couples on tv these days. I generally like the show too. I just have two issues with them this season, for one they don't get enough screen time, which is annoying. Secondy, the writers are too afraid to show a sex scene, when we have seen ALL the other characters have sex, and the sex scene with Julio and Yoli was kinda explicit too, well for a show like this at least. I hope we get to see more affection between Fer and David soon.
I am glad Glee is back, and I am glad we finally get to see more of Kurt. He was barely there for the last few episodes, which is awful, since he is one of the better and more interesting characters. Why not cut down on the Rachel drama and add more Kurt? I can't stand Rachel.
I love Big Love, and I'm glad they are going forward with this gay romance. Should be fun to watch!
Last but not least I just want to say that Degrassi aired that episode over a week ago, and the clips were added over a week ago too.. I don't know why you didn't include it this week?

There's also a Spanish show with a new gay storyline which seems interesting. Ernesto is the new gay character in the series Doctor Mateo. It's worth watching just for the scenery alone, simply breathtaking! I love Spain.

I think you're talking about the Canadian airdate. These episodes don't air till friday, and the xecond part till next week friday. It's kinda the way it's been since last year we aired some episodes earlier than Canada, which was weird. But I think that's why he's fleshing it out a little bit for us U.S. viewers. Sure it might be on youtube already, but it has't been on U.S. t.v. yet.
Spain is one of the most open countires, allowing gay marriages and everything. Of course there's still backlash, but what country doesn't have that. Spain has great portrayels of their gay characters. They are actual real people, which the U.S. is starting fo finally do after so many years on primetime!

JoJo06, there is definitely a comfort level with the portrayal of gay characters in Spain that the U.S. has yet to master. It makes watching shows like FOQ, and even the recently cancelled Fonsi and Alberto storyline a joy to watch. The spanish men don't hurt either ;-).

i'm so excited about possibility that is not everything over between Kyle and Nick,i mean it's would be an awesome plot twist,isn't it? it's obliviously that Nick still has feelings to Kyle,so he could create some problems and tension, i think there is so many interesting ways to continue with love triangle story,even now when our lovebirds together and happy, anyway i really hope writers will give some decent story to Nick,i still love him a lot. But i really can't wait to see that 'so long waited' lovemaking scene between Kyle and Oliver...aww... they are so hot, and i agree their voices just irresistible sexy! what a hotties!
