"Brothers & Sisters" Episode 207 Recap: “36 Hours”They sit down and Bad Seed mentions that her younger brother, Jack, is having his big soccer match up in Maryland this weekend. McAllister is all bummed because he wanted to take Kitty to that. Bad Seed asks if he and Kitty are going to have children. McAllister: Probably. Why? Would that bother you? Just then Travis comes racing across the ice in his wingtips like he’s being chased by the entire Toronto Maple Leafs hockey team. He tells McAllister there is a “situation” with the king of pork. Travis: Turns out he’s under federal investigation for some sort of ponzi scheme. They ran the background report on the wrong donor. No background report on King Pork, but if the Senator is curious about the "Viceroy of Venison" — hey, there’s a full dossier sitting on his desk. McAllister: All right, I want refund checks cut for all the donors he bundled. By the morning! Cut to Justin’s room. The poor guy’s withdrawal symptoms have continued to worsen.
Kevin: You look like hell. Justin’s phone rings. It’s probably his drug dealer. Kevin wants to answer and put the fear of God in him, but Tommy nixes that idea. Tommy: We don’t want Scarface coming over here with a couple of Uzis. We’re saving that for sweeps week! It'll be just like Dynasty's big wedding massacre! The phone rings again. This time it is Kevin’s cell. Sarah is calling from downstairs in the kitchen. Gosh that’s some gargantuan mansion that they have to call each other from different wings. Sarah wants an update on Justin. Kevin says that everything is fine, but it sure doesn’t look fine. Justin races to the bathroom to throw up again, leaving Kevin and Tommy all alone. Kevin: You’re sleeping with Lena, aren’t you? Um Kevin, are you sure you’re dialing the right number? Remember, you have to use the country code for these international calls. Tommy tries to make Kevin feel better by making excuses for Jason. Tommy: Well, he is in a remote village, right? At this point Justin comes out of the bathroom. He’s at the pinnacle of Mt. Detox now. All sweaty and stinky, with puke spittle around his lips. He starts running around the house yelling “I have to get out, I have to get out!” Sort of like me every time I’m forced to go to a mall. I loathe shopping centers. My idea of hell? Being trapped for eternity in the Mall of America.
But back to the Brothers & Sisters action. Nora shows up and Justin starts pleading with her to make Tommy let him loose. He needs to go outside so he can get some “air.” He’s obviously manipulating her motherly guilt, and the rest of the kids tell her not to fall for it. Submitted by on Tue, 2007-11-13 22:26. |
