“Brothers & Sisters” Episode 212 Recap: "Compromises"
Scotty gets up and decides to put Kevin out of his misery. He kisses him and guides him off the stage to claps and cheers. Cut back to Michigan, where Robert has returned to Jason’s room to resume their conversation.
Robert: I didn’t get the endorsement It’s probably your cosmic payback. They quickly resolve whatever minimal tension is between them. Frankly, these two are just too darn pretty to be mad at one another for long. Cut to Holly’s house. Rebecca comes home from her photography lesson and starts going on about what a great teacher David has been. Suddenly I’m reminded of Rebecca’s guitar lessons with Joe. I hope she didn’t try to kiss David. Why, he’s old enough to be her father. Gulp. He might be her father.
Rebecca starts casually snapping Holly’s picture and asks again when she and David dated. Holly sighs and for like the third time explains that she dated William first, but then found out he wasn’t going to leave Nora so she left him and dated David. But then she couldn’t keep away from William. Her relationship with David ended definitively in 1985.
Rebecca: So William and David never
overlapped?
Cut to the hotel sick room where Bad Seed starts stroking the sleeping Kitty’s hair. It’s sort of creepy actually. Kitty wakes up and the two make nice. I thought Bad Seed hated Kitty, now she’s acting like Kitty is the coolest thing since Bratz dolls.
Cut to Cinnamon Jack’s where Graham and Sarah are at the bar. She
still can’t believe he came to a gay bar to bring her her divorce papers. Why? Because a straight guy setting foot in gay bar is a true test of love and ultimate sacrifice? Yeesh. Sarah should really know better, but I'll give her a pass because she's drunk.
She flirts with him and then kisses him. He tries to protest. He doesn't want to take advantage of her while she's intoxicated. But she assures him that she knows exactly what she’s doing. What she’s doing is standing around getting trashed and actually waiting for someone to take advantage of her. She’s in a gay bar, so Graham is obviously going to have to do. Seeing that he has her informed consent, Graham starts groveling with her. Submitted by on Tue, 2008-02-19 22:25. |
