"Desperate Housewives" (6.19) Mini-Cap: "We All Deserve To Die"

John Barrowman made his second appearance on Desperate Housewives last night as the menacing, dangerous Patrick, while Andrew continued his hate-off with stepbrother Lips, and something shocking happened in the relationship of Bob and Lee.

But before we get to the good stuff, let's take a brief look at the filler.

Susan continued her slow, sad descent into madness last night, as her desire to help out cash-strapped hubby Mike went typically overboard.

Mike's refusal to take her money catapults Susan into emasculation hyperdrive, and she decides it would be a good idea to pay the other housewives to ... clog their drains, break their toilets, and destroy their garbage disposals, so Mike can have some steady work.

It's an awesomely stupid idea, and it's not necessary. I happened to know that Corbin Fisher is currently accepting audition tapes for "DILFS of the Midwest". Plumber's crack, indeed.

Meanwhile, Lynette continued her mission to expose her son's fiance as the gold-digging hussy that she is. She channeled Susan and went a wee bit overboard, and almost witnessed some slap & tickle between her son and said hussy, but managed to pull herself from the brink.

Thanks to a sympathetic immigration official, she discovered the proof she needed in the nick of time, and the wedding was canceled. Good news for Porter, who looked like an organ grinder in search of a monkey.
