Project Runway 408 Recap: "En Garde!"

Digestive problems were the theme of the day, apparently. From Christian: "Another look? Oh my god. I wanted to throw up."

No one blamed Tim, however, and when he made the workroom rounds that night, he had a special greeting for Chris and Christian: "How's Team Fierce?"

Team Fierce was doing just fine, thank you very much. Tim couldn't find enough nice things to say about their couture design, which he called "staggering" and yes, he meant that in a good way. But he was a little wary of their ready-to-wear look.

Tim also loved on Victorya and Jillian's avant garde trench, jodhpurs, and ruffled blouse, but couldn't comment on their second piece as it didn't exist. I don't think his warning that they needed to hurry was really necessary; they both looked stressed out enough to cry. And yet, neither of them did, and they didn't snipe at each other, either.

The next day, after the hair gods did their magic, we met our guest judge, Italian designer Alberta Ferretti. Her accent alone elevated the judging to Olympian levels.
