Project Runway 408 Recap: "En Garde!"

Rami and Sweet P's efforts disappointed me. Well, maybe not so much hers; the judges thought her ready-to-wear dress was a lot better (and even more avant garde) than yet another one of Rami's exquisitely draped dresses. He tacked on some extra embellishments, slit it up the front, and had Sweet P make a poor-fitting pair of black trousers to go under it – which only ruined it instead of making it edgy.

The results: Team Fierce takes it, with a beaming Victorya and Jillian knowing how close it was and seeming to be sincerely happy for our boys. Backstage, Christian admitted, "I want to win them all, but this challenge really meant something."

Then the losers returned. The judges pretty quickly told Ricky and Sweet P they were still in, leaving Rami and Kit pale and frightened on the runway.

I admit I kind of have a crush on Kit, but it's on her, not her designs, all of which strike me as… well, they don't strike me. That's the problem. And I'm pretty sure she knew, standing there, it wasn't Rami who was going home. And it wasn't.
