Best. Gay. Week. Ever. (January 11, 2008)
AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO SEES A BOILED BUNNY IN LUKE'S FUTURE? Speaking of creepy, this week's Nuke made me fear for Luke's future as Noah seemed a little...needy and controlling and psycho. Just like dad! What with all the business about Luke being everything Noah's has and not being able to live in the dorm with other people. I was especially bothered by Noah's line "Because if we're together, I won't go back to feeling the way I used to." Gee, a lot of pressure to put on Luke there, Buddy. If we keep going with this sort of obsessive streak things could get a little "Fatal Attraction", no?
I once had a boyfriend who hated letting me out his sight and went on about how no one else understood him (those Hollywood stars are all the same). It didn't quite end with a restraining order, but let's just say I've seen these signs before and I wouldn't be totally shocked if sweeps month ends with a massacre at the Snyder farm which is mysteriously burnt to the ground one night. Just saying. BTW, I'm still working on CBS for an interview with the creative powers at ATWT. I'm told things were busy after the holidays, but that something is in the works. We'll see. If not, Luke might not be the only one having to worry about boiled bunnies!
I certainly don't want to pre-judge the movie, but something tells me this role won't mark any sort of milestone in gay visibility even for India.
I HOPE THIS MEANS WE WON'T SEE HIM PLAYING A GAY FASHION DESIGNER ANYTIME SOON
Rather than comment on the blatant stupidity of Stephen's point-of-view, I'd rather reminisce about the "highlight" of Stephen's acting career, that being the 1994 film Threesome with Josh Charles and Lara Flynn Boyle. The film is about three friends in college who form an odd sort of menage-a-trois friendship/relationship with Alex (Boyle) crushing on Eddy (Charles) who is gay and crushing on Stuart (Baldwin) who is straight and crushing on Alex. In order to get the sexual tension out of their system, the three of them eventually have a threesome which included the surprising moment when Stuart reaches over and moves Eddy's hand on to his thigh indicating that they were going to have sex as well. Here is a clip, but I'm afraid it doesn't include the actual menage-a-trois. We're not that sort of site. (And I couldn't find it online!) Stephen can now be seen on Donald Trump's Celebrity: Apprentice. They always say the cream rises to the top! Submitted by on Fri, 2008-01-11 02:03. |

I GUESS THEY CALL THAT METHOD ACTING IN INDIA
This week the dopey Baldwin brother — that would be Stephen (as opposed to Alec, the grouchy one, Daniel, the not very famous one, and William, the still relatively cute one) — called Howard Stern's radio show to voice his support for Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee. Stephen, a born again Christian also stated that he is unequivocally against same-sex marriage. Said Stephen:
