Best. Gay. Week. Ever. (April 4, 2008)
BUT WAIT! THERE"S MORE!
Ben Affleck, Jimmy Kimmel, Regis Philbin, I'm feeling nauseous While we've got America watching Joshuah represent the gays on Big Brother 9 with incredibly foul language, demeaning talk about effeminate gay men (**cough kettle cough **), misinformation about safe sex, and someone who is extraordinarily good at lying, Spain gets to watch these guys. We're only weeks away from the return of Ugly Betty, but I got my hands on these pics of Marc (Michael Urie) and the writers' strike doesn't look to have hurt him at all.

For those in the U.K., the fourth season of Doctor Who kicks off and Captain Jack (John Barrowman) will be showing up. That Barrowman is one busy immortal. How busy? Here is a clip of his recent appearance on Hotel Babylon. Let's just say John knows how to camp it up. WARNING: Language slightly not safe for work. American's aren't the only with one wackos that haven't got better things to do than harrass gays. Some Russians are protesting cartoons for promoting homosexuality, especially South Park. It's great they can focus on smaller problems rather than on politicians rigging elections and setting themselves up as dictators for life. I'd do anything with Graham Norton. Wait, I didn't mean that the way it sounded.
We recently posted this picture from an upcoming episode of Brothers & Sisters and right away folks wondered about Scotty's bandaged hand.

Everyone wanted to know what had happened so I did some investigating. Had Jason McCallister, enraged at being dumped by Kevin, broken into Kevin's apartment to murder him only to have Scotty get stabbed instead? Or had Scotty gotten upset at Kevin? Nah. I'm told that Scotty hurt himself in a culinary accident. Bor-ing. My plots would be so much better.
Towleroad.com just debuted Towleroad TV with an interview with author Christopher Rice. It's fine that this straight soldier didn't care for Kimberley Peirce's new movie Stop-Loss, but what's up with calling it gay? Submitted by on Fri, 2008-04-04 14:05. |

Couple of interesting things coming in the week's ahead. George Michael will be returning to Eli Stone as...God? Also, the April 22nd episode of Law & Order: SVU is called "Closet" and revolves around a gay pro football player blayed by Bailey Chase (pictured left). You might know Bailey from the show Saving Grace where he played Butch Ada or Ugly Betty where played Becks Scott. Butch and Becks — interesting name choices.
