Yeesh! Not Another Tell All

Mike Jones, the male escort who brought down conservative religious leader Ted Haggard, has reportedly inked a deal to write a tell-all about his relationship with the conservative religious leader.

According to Jones, ''It's not a book about bashing Ted at all. It's humanizing him as a person with feelings and emotions and desires. I'm going to be explicit as far as what happened in our encounters, but not to rip him apart or be mean to him. He's a man who has faults like all of us.''

I guess you can't really fault Mike Jones. At 49, the sun has probably set on his career as a male escort. This book deal represents a sort of retirement plan for him. Still, it's a safe bet that Haggard will counter with a tell-all of his own.

Is it just me, or has this trend of gay scandal tell-alls gotten out of hand? I'm curious what sort of advance Jones is receiving for the book. I'm also curious who is going to read it?
