On the Twelfth Day of Christmas My True Love Gave to Me

Must...not...hate. Can you believe how cute this guy is? I mean talk about unfair! Sigh. For those of you not familiar with The Stranger, it is the local alternative paper here in Seattle and the Puget Sound region. This is where Dan Savage of Savage Love fame got his start. It really is an amazing paper and not just because of its extraordinary taste in men. Despite only coming out weekly, The Stranger manages to pack more actual news and analysis into its pages than The Seattle Times manages to do in a week. And The Times never has anybody nearly this cute on their pages. The Stranger also does a phenomenal job of covering gay issues. During our recent Supreme Court battle over same-sex marriage, they were right on top of things. Not only does this give you something to look at this morning, but it also should help give you the strength to resist those peppermint fudge brownies that wench over in accounting brought into the office because it's the holidays. Who else has a decent alternative paper in their town?
