New on DVD: Audrey Hepburn and the "Glee" Gang

It's the end of the year, and the gusher of DVD releases is pretty much drying up until 2010. But unless you want to punish a naughty child by slipping a copy of All About Steve into his stocking, there are at least two cool options available—one makes a glamorous Christmas present and the other will help you cure those post-holiday blues.

Read on for more!

Last-minute gift seekers should consider the Audrey Hepburn Couture Muse Collection, a lavish box set of seven DVDs featuring Hepburn rocking amazing outfits by Givenchy, Cecil Beaton and many more in films like Funny Face, Breakfast at Tiffany's, My Fair Lady, Sabrina, War and Peace, Paris When It Sizzles (Givenchy even got a "Fragrances by" credit on that one—and it wasn't filmed in Glorious Smell-O-Vision) and Roman Holiday. (What, no Two for the Road?)

Not on shelves until December 29, but just the thing to perk you for New Year's, is Glee, Vol 1: Road to Sectionals. I can't remember off-hand when a series has released a DVD during its own first season, but this one became such an instant hit—and a rewarder of repeat viewings—that the Gleek Nation will no doubt be scooping this one up with abandon.

Wishing everyone a terrific holiday season, with the very best wishes for a happy and successful 2010.
