    Poor ellen. :-(  i am glad she admitted her faults about not reading the contract carefully, but that agency has some stupid policies. they won't place a dog in a home with kids under 14? er, i know families who have newborns + dogs.  and what makes me more upset is that now they are all "oh ellen is rich and wants things her wayyy" when it really has nothing to do with HER way. sheesh, people sometimes. :-/
