Gained Respect

Even if Adam Lambert did not acquire the title American Idol winner at least through the show, he has able to showcase his talent. And with it, he became famous and has gained respect to many people in the world.

Adam in Queen?

I think it would be a huge mistake for Adam to front Queen.  He either needs to get his own band or be a solo act.  While I think he could sing the hell out of those songs he'd always be in the shadow of Freddy Mercury and that's not where he wants to be.  It wouldn't be bad to do a CD with the members of Queen backing him though.
