  • Great news, Torchwoodies and Barrowmaniacs®: Captain Jack and team will be appearing on the Season 4 Doctor Who finale (yes, Ianto will be there, too, although he's not in the above pic).
  • A book by a gay man about double-dating with his octogenarian father? What's more, it's got the brilliant title Assisted Loving? Sign me up!
  • Since we have a policy of not speculating on the sexuality of celebrities, I'm just going to go ahead and wish Garfield a "Happy Birthday" without any further comment. 

  • Out actor Neil Patrick Harris and gay-fave Pushing Daisies (and Wicked) star Kristin Chenowith will announce the nominees for the 60th Annual Primetime Emmys on July 17th.

    I can't wait for this episode! I'll be London when it airs, so I'll be watching it for sure. I have to watch like the 3 episodes of Doctor Who that have yet to air here to catch up with what's going down at the end of Doctor Who though. I wonder if what happens on the finale of Doctor Who will tie in with what's going to happen in Torchwood.

    Hmm, often they get celebs to announce the Emmy nominations who end up being nominees themselves.  Would love to see Kristin nominated for Supporting Actress.

    I've never caught on to Doctor Who, but I fell in love with Dr. Martha Jones when she appeared at Torchwood this season. I thought at the time, "Too bad Owen is there; I'd love to have her be the Torchwood doctor." Not that I wished Owen ill, and I'm sad that he's gone (sadder that Tosh is gone -- I loved her character; in some ways she was the heart of that organization). But Martha would be a great addition.

    I've been watching reruns of the news, as usual -- what's up for the next season of Torchwood?

    Great news that sexy Jack will be back in Doctor Who - IMO he's much better in that than Torchwood.  Something about Jack in Torchwood is so miserable but in Doctor Who he's always up for some... fun ;)
