Following this assortment of carefully-selected news items, interested readers can find a refreshing pic of a hot man in underwear after the jump. Yes, we're serious.

  • In the wake of the Prop 8 vote, a group has named November 15th a national day of protest, and set up the Join the Impact website to coordinate demonstrations across the country. And for even more info on Prop 8 protests, check out Towleroad.com.

The clips are excellent

They capture Sean Penn's sweetness in the role -- which is the hallmark of the entire picture.

grays

I know that this issue is getting thrashed over on afterellen, but it is SUCH a huge dissapointment that they fired Brooke Smith from Grays and I love the interview on Ellen, cause Patrick literally looks like h's pulled the short straw of having to defend the show he works for *and does a brilliantly bad  job of it!* but that article is right, where is T.R Knight on this issue? For a show thats already had one massive brush with homophobia you would think they would know better than to try and slip this one past the audience!

I am *SO* exicted about the Danish Girl. I adored Nicole Kidman in The Hours *which is a blood amazing film!* and it will be nice to see Charlize Theron acting in a heavy role again.

I feel a little lost here in the UK at moment in terms of Prop 8. Is there anything that I can do here to help out? I work in a sex shop in liverpool and my boss's (who are the most gay loving people ever! My boss got me tickets to see Tina Turner with my husband!!) is disgusted by the whole thing and seeing as they have turned the store i work in (we have 11  in total) into a gay sex shop when I started, they wanted to see if there is anything we can do as a company, but I would also like to know if there is anything me n the other half can do?
