Rabioso Sol, Rabioso Cielo is by the director of "Broken Sky," Julian Hernandez.  It should be interesting!  As was already mentioned elsewhere on AE, a special Teddy was also awarded to Joe Dallesandro this year.

I loved Broken Sky, it's

I loved Broken Sky, it's one of the most beautiful and fascinating films I've seen, and it's full of gay characters loving (or not) each other, so I'm glad Hernandez got a Teddy Award for his new film.

I don't seem to find it online, but I've seen clip from the film--the Arte channel here in France shows the Teddy Awards, that's a very, very gay ceremony--that looked wonderful, it was dreamlike and sensual.
The official blog is at http://www.rabiososolrabiosocielo.blogspot.com/ and there's a compilation of scenes at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAvW4I6lMFs
A glowing review by Variety is at http://www.variety.com/review/VE1117939682.html?categoryid=31&cs=1&nid=2562
I can't wait to see it.
