Alan Ball's hunky "True Blood" vamps have been giving straight couples their best sex in years

This is pretty funny (and part of a very interesting larger picture): Gay True Blood (and Six Feet Under) creator Alan Ball appeared on a panel of showrunners recently (including the folks behind House, Mad Men, Grey's Anatomy, The Office, and Weeds) and spoke with good-natured bemusement about the impact that his racy series has had on the sex lives of middle-American straight couples. (It's the last part of the clip, which starts as a discussion of product placement.)

I hope there's a rash of "True Blood babies" named Sookie, Tara, Lafayette, and Hoyt Fortenberry on the way!
