lots of casting news, for those interested. scott bryce (vitalis man) has been fired (a shame, i liked him). those babymama actors have quit, sam the creepy ventriloquist is leaving, and dusty's real killer is leaving the show (i know who it is...nyah,nyah,nyah) ;)

There is currently a lot of casting upheaveal at the show. Over the next couple of months, at least 6 major players will be leaving the show (or in Dusty's case have already left). Some were fired, others are leaving of their own accord, leaving a lot of holes to fill. And that's one of the reasons why Luke and Noah are going to be on the front burner with a big storyline, probably the biggest story they've had since the romance kicked off last summer. I think this is going to be a critical time in terms of seeing if Luke, Noah and the couple in general have a long term a future in Oakdale. And it's why it's now more than ever it's imparative that fans stay supportive and encouraging of the couple and their story.

...kind of looks like Jake. Perhaps in the alternate universe of soapdom, she starts out as a love interest for Noah, then later, it is revealed that she is his long lost sister thus allowing all the Nuke fans a huge collective sigh of relief until the "next big thing" threatens their relationship. Just speculation.

I gotta say though that she is stunning. Wow. I only hope she can act though the buzz has been good. I hope that if she works out and stays with the show after the initial storyline with the boys that they hook her up with Luke's brother Aaron. He needs a woman and they'd look great together.

Noah and Luke are completely neutred and backburnered, and only appear when it's time to bring on YET ANOTHER female character on a show that is already drowning in them? And what do you bet we will get some worthless green card marriage story, with Luke having sex with her or having to pretend he does?

ATWT obviously cares nothing about this relationship and is now just using them to prop up others.

Guys & Gals,

 Poll/Schmoll - Luke & Noah lost several months ago when an outside source, my view it is a powerful (so-called-)religious right group w/money (a lot of it) & connections to P&G, CBS, and probably ATWT, nixed any further physical (except an occasional hug of course and those stupid puppy-dog, google eyes) contact between Luke & Noah.

It's already over between Luke & Noah and Tala/Pala will just be the newest cast member to make sure our boys do NOT touch each other in any meaningful, romantic way.  The s/l is so stupid and insipid that it makes a joke, a complete mockery of their one-time (briefly, remember last August/September guys & gals when Luke and Noah actually touched each other - even if it was for Noah to push Luke away or pull him close for those two kisses?  No, I can't blame you...it was after all 6 & 7 months ago) romance.
