Battle of the Network Gays for May 1

Every Friday we pick the gays in television who have had the best week and leave it to you, the keepers of the flame, to decide who will be crowned Gay of the Week and enjoy their own fancy button over on the left. We'll announce the winner on Monday, and that champ will reign until a new set of challengers are introduced the following Friday to try to steal his title.

Last week you voted American Idol hopeful Adam Lambert into the throne for the fourth time, and with this week's bottom-3 shocker and the return of a fan favorite, he may be in trouble.

Adam Lambert from American Idol (Why?)

Luke Snyder from As the World Turns (Why?) Note: Luke returns this week after some shifts in the system. 7-time winners will still be graduated to the Hall of Fame for consideration in the end-of-year Gay of the Year voting. But as Mr. Syder has only won 5 times in 2009, he returns to the fray after a particularly kick-ass week.
