Blood Work "True Blood" video blog Ep. 7: Curl up by the fire with horror hunk Joe Zaso
In this week's Blood Work vlog, I'm thrilled to welcome horror himbo Joe Zaso (Barricade, Nikos the Impaler). Actually, he technically welcomes me, after last week's pecan-pie-inspired fugue sends me out into a raging storm with nothing but a candelabra to light my way. Regardless, Joe is kind enough to let me warm my bits beside his raging fake fire, and we take the opportunity to discuss this week's extra-sexy episode of True Blood. Check it all out, after the break! Submitted by on Mon, 2008-10-20 12:25. |

Joe on True Blood?
The producers for True Blood need to seriously consider Joe Zaso for a role in upcoming episode(s). I kept waiting for the "snick" as the vampire teeth click into place!
You guys left out some of the better bits as well: Lafayette (avec thong) kicking Jason out for wanting more "V", Jason robbing Grandma's jewels and silver, Tara's mom sucking the booze out of her shirt after spilling the coffee and last but not least -- the fire and the four caskets at the end of the episode.
Can vampires be killed by fire that easily? Wouldn't they be able to do their fast-traveling to escape the flames?
So much to cover!
Solid episode. great vlog
Wow gentlemen the sight of you two was one to behold. Apart form Brians regular hotness, all the talk of buns and pecan pie and Joes guest hotness, this was fiery one.
This was a solid episode, with some inconsistencies though that detracted from it. Maybe im just being picky but...Bills house is almost a ruin and he has a bathroom worthy of a Harlequin novel? With big old looking but modern tub. Wha? I guess he was really reparing for that one. Also there was some really bad editing during the exorcism that really made me go hmmm.
And how about Sam. That little glimpe of Sams morning activities goes along with my main theory about him. It started with that shot of him peting the dog and calling him brother, we saw the dog in this episode also.
There is amazing fantasy movie called Ladyhawke, where Rutger Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer are lovers cursed to be forever apart because he turns to a wolf during the night and she turns into a hawk during the day.
I think that might be happening here, but they may be twins since we have seen Sam in daytime and nightime. A curse, I dont think so, family legacy perhaps. Well see. Its great to speculate though.
As for who will die next, I dont know. But Im sure Sookie will be a target again since the fact that she had sex with Bill is public knowledge now. I really cant get a sense of what Amy? will do and, since i did nt have a chande to comment on last weeks episode, I think Hoyt will be one of the gays to come out later on.
BTW, in vampire lore, fire is the one constant and sure way to kill a vampire.
Great vlog.
Ladyhawke
Four Caskets
I want to thank you for this installment in to the Blood Work report with brother Joe. Gosh, four count'em four caskets who's in casket four? Oh its going to be a long week! Oh, I agree Sam has to be a wereworlf as I don't see him as a naturalist.
Kudos .............
This was so great!
Totally shallow ---- how come you both weren't shirtless?
Surprised you guys didn't comment on the potential for the Iraqi war vet in the up-coming episodes!
Totally agree with netoqueno also remember the wolf/owl thing in both the movie with Rutger and the Charmed episode which copied it.
Aren't we such fantasygeeks? MZB anyone?
