Sorry that this week's Blood Work vlog is a day late, but I had the flu. Rest assured that I have been flogged for my insolence.

    Good job on the pumpkins.  Though I still think Angry Puppy's is slightly better.  I say we have a pumpkin-off in homage to Season 2 of Project Runway when Zulema had a motha f*ckin walk-off!

    As for the serial killer, as true with any horror movie, its someone in the main cast who is a painfully obvious pick for the killer so my guess is the cop.

    I agree, Marc totally smoked us with the DEATH NOTE jack-o-lantern. Had we known we had such stiff competition we would have upped our game! As for the killer, I had a PROM NIGHT reference in the vlog that I cut for time - they're totally pulling the whole "it's the gardener! it's the janitor!" nonsense. I kind of love it for its throwback charm.

    "I didn't think I had to ask permission in my own house!" - soo funny, I had to re-watch it again and again...

    Blood Work is always a pleasure to watch (it's a must-see for me even though I don't watch True Blood too regularly), but this episode was particularly great. You guys are so sweet together, and that was some masterly work on the pumpkins! :-)

    However - you had the flu because you didn't get the shots - for shame.

    Your Vlog and Snick's recaps make this show such much more fun than it would be on its own. And I can't believe you missed commenting on the cute candy-corn fans that Bill came up with.

    Loved the scene where your husband (boyfriend?) pulled the pumpkin guts and your reaction. It was hilarious! Ever think of doing a Lewis and Martin routine?

    True Blood was exceptional and I would have given it a 9.5. Can't wait to see it Tara goes through with the exorcism and what her character will be like after it. She seems to totally have a chip on her shoulder and when Sam mentions to her about the grunting while having sex she totally freaks on him. This shows that the demon thing might be true.

    Keep up the good vlogs. Love watching them and your boyfriend is really sexy. Lucky you!!!!

    Does anyone else find it strange that Tara said that Sam barks in his sleep and now has been seen running naked through the woods in the morning?

    Absolutely the funniest part was when Andy just yanked the pumkin guts out as if it was nothing. I shrieked and cheered all at the same time! Great vid!

    The Trueblood pumpkin templates are GREAT - I posted a link to them on a Trueblood Fansite . a member showed the group their Fangtasia jack-o-lantern

     ( I'm Number 36 on those sites -a hold over from my days as a New Amsterdam fan ...)
