Breakfast With Scot trailer online

We've been going on about Canadian gay hockey comedy Breakfast With Scot for so long now that it probably feels like it's already come and gone or is just an imaginary friend we've invented to help us cope with the horror of I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry. Well now we have irrefutable proof that it does in fact exist and does in fact look to be pretty charming.

The trailer is up over at the film's PR website, and I'm happy to see that it's far less precious than I was afraid it might be. One of our superstar readers checked out the film at the Toronto Film Fest a while back and sent in a positive review of the feel-good flick, which aligns quite well with the preview. Star Tom Cavanagh has also been refreshingly easygoing in interviews about playing gay in the film, as have the Toronto Maple Leafs (Leaves?) for allowing their logo to be used in the film. Oh, Canada...
