"The Daily Show" presents the Prop 8-inspired "Octo-Baby Bjorn"

Last night in a discussion of what Michelle Obama will bring to the White House, The Daily Show riffed on the media's obsession with our new First Lady's fashion sense and "super-sculpted arms".

In the ensuing fashion show, Kristen Schaal presented an outfit inspired by Proposition 8 featuring room for eight babies, noting, "in California you are an unfit parent if you're gay, but not if you're straight, unemployed, live with your parents and have an Angelina Jolie fetish. Then you can have a whole litter."

    this delayed me going to sleep, because I doubled up in laughter.  Stewart has a keen eye for the absurd, seeing it in places I never spot it myself.  Still having that image of the OctoMom saddled with babies burned into my brain, I saw this picture when I got up this morning, and wonder if it's where they got the idea:

    In the segment before the one you mention Brian, John was talking about his ongoing feud with CNBC.  He mentioned how NBC and MSNBC were brought in to defend their sibling station.  John then mentions that he has his own posse of TV stations and includes Logo in the list.  Since AfterElton is owned by Logo, that means AfterElton has to defend John from any scurrilous attacks from CNBC.

    Brian, I am sure John will find your rapier wit useful when he has to cut down all the buffoons at CNBC.
