Dustin Lance Black leads "The Advocate" 40 Under 40 List

Lauded Milk and Pedro screenwriter Dustin Lance Black has topped this year's power list of gay people old enough to remember when Nickelodeon shared a channel with A&E yet just a tiny bit too young to have been potential Thalidomide babies.

And thank God for that, because look at them pipes!

I'm a fan of Black's work, but I'm even more of a fan of when I get to see him not wrapped in a tuxedo and burdened with the weight of the entire gay visibility movement on live, national television. I just like to see people comfy!
