Our musically-minded pal John Polly sat down with multitalented out singer/songwriter Rufus Wainwright to discuss the upcoming premiere of his first opera, Prima Donna, as well as his take on the casting news for the upcoming Judy Garland projects.

Plus, he uses the term "lugubrious" in casual conversation, proving that yes, he actually is just that adorable.

    Not sure Mancunians will appreciate this description, Rufus!

     

    I am so looking forward to seeing the premiere of this opera in July. Rufus is one of the most talented musicians working today.
