Marc Jacobs strips down for Out

We just got a sneak peek at the September cover for Out Magazine, and let me just say, "Whoa!" Who the heck knew that Marc Jacobs had been hiding such a slammin' bod under all that twee?

My compliment will unfortunately likely fall on deaf ears, as Jacobs has this to say re: blogs in the interview:

"I don’t care about all that shit. I’m very outspoken and honest. I’m the first to say that I’m gay, that I’m insecure, that I have certain hang-ups, that I’ve been dependent on drugs or alcohol, so I don’t really hide things with the fear that they’re going to be revealed on some blog. You’re going to get a bunch of blogs saying ‘He must be on meth in order to be that skinny compared to 10 months ago,’ but in fact I’m eating a totally organic diet, which has no flour, no sugar, no dairy, and no caffeine, and I lost weight because of that diet and because of a 2-hour exercise regime seven days a week.”

Jacobs also shares a story about when he first realized he was gay:

“I was in sleepaway camp, and there was a counselor, and we all had to take showers together and that kind of thing. It was weird. I was always teased by other kids for being gay before I’d ever had any kind of sexual contact with another man, and I was always afraid of what it meant [to be gay], but I was also very excited by it because I couldn’t deny to myself that I found naked men really attractive, especially my camp counselor. I just thought he was the most exciting, sexual thing I’d ever seen in my life. And I was turned on by the images of naked men, as opposed to the images of naked women.”

We've got a special place for camp in our hearts as well ... only it's of the John Waters variety. Out's big September issue hits newsstands soon -- in the meantime, you can see more racy pics of the megadesigner over here.

    Transformation of the Year

Wow!!!!  This is the transformation of the year!  I remember seeing him on Oprah's show less than two years ago.  He was a mess; overweight, clothes too large, messy long hair, glasses, and unsaven in a bad way.  Now look at him.  He is so hot.  He looks 10-15 years younger than he did a couple years ago.

He's now my favorite designer.  Not just because he decided to take care of himself but also for the ads he did a couple seasons ago with the bears (men).

    I'm gonna call photoshop on

I'm gonna call a little photoshop on this one. I don't think his face matches that body. But he says he's been exercising, so I could be wrong...
