Richard's gay brother Joe returns in last night's "New Adventures of Old Christine"

Last night Joe (Charles Esten) was back to hang out with the fellas at his brother's bachelor party and engage in some brotherly banter that had nothing whatsoever to do with the fact that he's gay, and everything to do with the fact that he apparently LOVES being in weddings.
