"Drag Race" breakout Ongina delivers $25,000 to the Harvey Milk School
It's no secret that we're officially Onginaphiles. On this week's episode of RuPaul's Drag Race the diminutive gender-bender Ryan Ong Palao (aka Ongina) won the MAC Viva Glam challenge, which asked the queens to deliver a 30-second spot for the makeup line, which raises money for HIV/AIDS charities.
When Ong was awarded the top spot he broke into sobs on the runway and shared with the panel, his fellow contestants and the world that he has been living with HIV for two years but has been too afraid to tell anyone.
This week Ong had the chance to put his position as MAC spokesqueen to good use when he personally delivered $25,000 to the Harvey Milk School in NYC. The school is a safe learning environment for kids of all types (many of them gay or questioning) who are subject to bullying and discrimination, and Viva Glam donated the money to help cover operating costs.

Ongina's courage to come out and inspire hope is truly in the spirit of Milk's legacy, and even if the students didn't badger him for makeup tips (which they did) it would have been a wonderfully appropriate fit.
Atta girl, Ongina!
