Sounds Like a Hit! video blog Ep. 9: St. Patrick's Day Special!

Its Sounds Like a Hit, Irish style!

In honor of St. Patricks Day, Brian tracked down a McDonald's Shamrock shake (Kyle is so jealous), and the boys have compiled a list of famous gay leprechauns, among them Clay Aiken, Rue McClanahan, and Rosie O'Donnell.

Also, the boys review Kelly Clarkson's new album, discuss the "gay loophole" that is European rugby and show off some impressive haberdashery. Kick up your heels and enjoy!

Rugby's not so straight - or European

Of all the macho world sports, rugby is one of the less homophobic. There are openly gay stars of ruby (Ian Roberts from Australia), explicitly gay-friendly straight rugby stars (Ben Cohen) and gay rugby teams play on an equal footing as straight ones in the leagues. Of course the World Cup of gay rugby is named after Mark Bingham, a gay American hero of Flight 93 on 9/11 and American teams have won it several times - fighting off fearsome competition from British, Irish and Australian teams. Interestingly, even though the Bingham Cup is for teams with predominantly gay or bi players, last year a straight rugby club in Las Vegas was competing hard for the privilege of hosting it.
