- Hollyoaks star James Sutton will serve as a judge at this year's Mr. Gay UK contest. Tough gig, I'm sure.
- Bravo's gay director of programming/blogstar/gadabout Andy Cohen ran a "how I spent my power-gay summer vacation" diary entry, but I can sum it up for you: by not hanging out with me. Frowny-face.

- James Marsters (Buffy's beloved Spike) spilled a few beans about his upcoming Torchwood gig at Atlanta's Dragon Con.
- In case you missed it, here's Hillary Clinton on Ellen. Go Ellen for not giving her the softball treatment and actually asking gay marriage questions -- the lady continues to impress. (Um, Ellen, that is.)
- The Rocket Man (aka Elton John, FYI) lands in ... Casper, Wyoming on September 30th for the third leg of his U.S. tour. Yay, Casper!

i know jack about politics....but i read that larry craig's party had pretty much ganged up on him because of the scandal.
let's say he does indeed not want to resign....can't his party or something put him on temporary suspension or something?
Andy Cohen
I've never really understood why someone whose job takes place offcamera seems so insistent on putting himself and his life all over the Bravo website. He seems to think everyone is fascinated by him.
I don't get the Bravo network priorities. What they have done to Project Runway especially is just awful. They always reward nasty people and obsess over ugly personal dramas. They and Top Chef have their pets and they push those people to the final 3 whether they deserve it or not. The same is happening on Top Chef this season with people like Hung and CJ. Dale is probably screwed.
I think James Sutton has
Thanks
James Sutton
I think I'm in love!
It's so refreshing for a young male actor to support the GLBT community in such a full way without worrying it will hurt his career.
He is so convincing on Hollyoaks. Do we know if James plays for our team?

Loving James Sutton...
From what i've read and seen from back stage interviews, James Sutton sounds like one of the coolest straight guys around. Completely comfortable with playing a gay character, and always respectful. He said some of his best friends are gay, and so wanted to play John Paul the best way possible and without insult.
He is simply excellent playing John Paul. This guy can really act. I'm completely engrossed in the JP/Craig story on YouTube, which concludes in the next few weeks. And from the clips i've seen it looks great. A tear jerker of an ending for sure. God, I can't wait!!
