To Make a Long Story Short ... Last Call
That's right, folks: this is our last post of the year. Thanks to everyone who has haunted these pages and shared their time, insight, and humor with us. We look forward to returning on January 2nd with more of the gay entertainment coverage that you've come to expect (check out our year-end roundups, if you haven't already), and wish everyone a fantastically joyous and safe holiday of their choice. Love this site and I recommend it to all my friends but I have to give a "shame on you" for even linking to "the 100 unsexiest men of 2007." (I'm writing here because I don't want to give that site any undeserved numbers on its comments page.) While I realize (and appreciate) the humor to be had in poking fun at others and ourselves to point out the absurdity of it all, there are a dozen (or more) people on that list because they are obese. Obese=unsexy? Really? Actually, I always thought it was hateful=unsexy or even ignorant=unsexy. What a nice way to bring the gay community together by linking to a site that points out that those who aren't in their tight, shiny shirts are not sexy. Oh, and happy holidays.
