"Torchwood" preview clip: Jack and Ianto get naughty

I can see where this is going. They are building this up as a love triangle among the three of them. In a lot of way, it's very Euro drama about us gays. You know the type- where we are all bi except at the end the boy ends up with the girl, and the boy ends up with some other unseen boy untilt he end. The kind of story line that appears in every other Here! TV film. I don't per se have a problem with this. Jack is an ominsexual so of course he might have his heart tugged by two genders. However, I hope they don't downplay the emotions between Jack and Ianto. So far I feel like the writers have been trying to force that they are just sex and close friends despite the great chemistry. There is the exception of when Jack didn't believe Ianto was a serial killer, but otherwise, I haven't felt it in the writing. That they intend this to be a deep emotional Janto to be as deeply emotional Gwack. Its been more that with Gwen, however poorly executed, one got the emotional aspect in the writing. I hope I am wrong.

The look on his face when he says 'He cheats. He always cheats.'  LOL  Just such a cute little mischevious grin on his face :)

My favorite part of that exchange is how unashamed and casual Jack and Ianto (especially Ianto) are about being caught. No horror, no hand wringing, Jack can't even be bothered to do up his pants!

i think i just got ourselves another torchwood fan. i was in class (thankfully with computers) and was watching the above clip when i got a note from the girl beside me.

"damn girl. what's that with the two guys?"

"torchwood. a show on BBCA"

"when does it come on?"

"saturdays at 9..."

"hehe, i guess i'll have to tivo this show..."

WooHoo!!   John's been working out. He's looking trimmer around the midsection. I think he feelin' good about this because this is the first time we've ever seen Jack without a shirt. I hope there's more to come.
