Those of us who have been seeing the ads for Tropic Thunder and groaning at what looks to be another lame inside Hollywood joke for straight guys might be surprised to learn that:

A. It's actually quite funny; and

B. One of the central characters is gay

This second point in particular might come as a surprise because no one seems to have mentioned the fact anywhere, likely because it's a bit of a late-story twist and there's lots of other things going on to discuss.
