Video: Calling in gay for the "Day Without a Gay"

Gay rights group Join the Impact has organized the national Day Without a Gay to draw attention to the contribution that gays, lesbians and their allies make to the workforce and economy. Not just an excuse to call in sick, the effort asks that participants "call in gay" and spend their day volunteering for a civil rights cause.
