Brothers & Sisters Airdates and Spoilers!

Great news Brothers & Sisters fans — we finally have confirmed air dates for the final two episodes filmed before the writer's strike.

Episode 211: "The Missionary Imposition" airs on Sunday February 10th. and Episode 212: "Compromises" airs February 17th.

We have some spoilers for you, so avert your eyes if you don't want to know that...

  • Kevin makes a choice between Jason and Scotty in episode 211.
  • Kevin and Scotty go to a gay bar with Sarah in episode 212 (which seems to indicate who Kevin chose!)
  • And the really big news is....

  • Enrico Colantoni (best known as Veronica's father on Veronica Mars) will be making a guest appearance on the February 17th episode as a love interest for Uncle Saul! That's right, after years in the closet and most of this season on the storyline backburner, that old codger Saul might finally be getting some action.

And we have a few other more oblique tidbits about the final two episodes courtesy of Michael Ausiello:

  • Someone leaves the show, most likely for good.
  • Multiple relationships end, but one of them permanently so.
  • Sarah channels a gay icon, and, as a result, becomes one herself.
  • A couple has sex for the first time.

I think I'm most excited about Enrico Colantoni. I was a big fan of Veronica Mars and I think he makes a great match for Uncle Saul. Lets hope he sticks around and we have more of him once this writer's strike is finally over and B&S resumes.

    Finally!

While I will be the first to admit that I'm a Kevin/Scotty fan, I mostly thrilled by this news because it means we get new episodes!  I just wish the strike would come to an end (with a good resolution) that will give us more new shows.  I'm a bit worried from the spoilers that someone will be dying....and I can't put my finger on who that would be.  I just hope they don't give Kevin one episode of happiness, only to have Scotty die off.  Maybe they'll finally put an end to the Calista/Rob Lowe relationship.....or maybe Tommy/Julie.....who knows.

Again, very happy about seeing Kevin/Scotty, but also happy to have this show (and Saul!) back.

    Re: Finally!

Don't worry, nobody's dying.  A character is merely leaving.  Hint:  They were new to this season, and I'd venture to say no one will miss them.

    Booooooooooooooo! This is

Booooooooooooooo! This is all AfterElton's fault! *blows a raspberry*

You can sooo tell this is what they were intending to do when they got rid of Baitz, they wanted Kevin to pick Scotty! Boooo! (Yes just leave me to wallow in shame here....;))

But Colantoni is great! He's kinda sexy as well...

"sarah channels a gay icon"...please please please let it be "HEDWIG". all she'd have to do is put on the wig.

    Wahaha!

Isn't it amazing how she went from being the spitting image of Juliette Lewis in Muriel's Wedding to Hedwig? Where did that happen, exactly ... when Brenda took off for Vegas and left Nate with The Voice of Children's Tylenol?

    Choose Jason! Choose Jason!

I'm majorly disappointed in Kevin if he chooses Scotty over Jason.

    Scotty vs. Jason

I really like Scotty and Jason for very different reasons. Scotty has always been like the wounded puppy that just can't catch a break but who has grown over the last 2 seasons.

Jason helped Kevin become more centered and grounded so I like that quality in their relationship. I do however feel like we never saw enough of Kevin and Jason together to really understand the emotional intensity of their love. I'd like to see that aspect so I guess I'm choosing Jason.

And I'm over the moon for Enrico!  I love my Papa Mars.
