ATWT video clip update: Attack of the Aberzombies™

When we left them yesterday, Luke, Noah & Ameera were stranded on the side of the road in a very scary part of the countryside.

The boys hail down a passing car, but this late model beemer is filled with redneck frat boys with ill intentions. That's right - it's attack of the Aberzombies™. Punches are thrown, tire irons are brandished, Ameera is manhandled. Will Nuke get out of this nasty situation alive?

Find out how the fight ends in today's clip below.

If you haven't already, check out Brian's Liveblog from earlier today. You can find earlier liveblogs and video clips over on our ATWT Resource Page.

    Yes, the production values...

....are rock bottom on this show, for sure. Did anyone else notice the lights dimming quite drastically in Carly's living room at the top of the show when they were first shooing Parker out the door to school? Not as bad though as 3 years ago when for months there was horrible construction noise in the background on One Life to Live.

As for the fight scene, yes, it was not done too well. But I can tell you, fight scenes are very difficult to make look good and actors get hurt doing them all the time. Even veteran stage actors that have had intensive training in fighting easily get hurt. The more realistic it looks, the more dangerous it is. That tire iron was probably light weight plastic.

I thought Luke being all jealous about Noah sleeping on Ameera then kissing his face all over was kind of sweet. Yeah, it's crumbs but they look so good with the crumbs they are given.

I say we take the warning labels off everything and let nature take it's course.

Aw, well it was better than I thought it would be. Ameera breaking down at the end was fitting and believable. And the pecks on the nose were sweet.

    Sweet

I'm a genuine fan of ATWT + have been before they even introduced the Nuke storyline, so I'm a lot more patient w/ the show's writers + not half as critical as many bloggers seem to be. I'll just wait it out + see where they take things (romance-wise), but am interested enough in the show, in general, not to bail b/c of a lack of lip-locking. I will admit, though, that I do hope for more of said kissing in the future.

At any rate, I also think the scene with Luke kissing Noah's forehead in the truck was really adorable.

     In the article

"This time, Sharp said, group leaders had a phone conference with Procter & Gamble officials, and asked members to contact the company.

"Our request to them was to do away with the homosexual characters," Sharp said. "Your writers can come up with good story lines that the general public would watch and not be offended by.""
