ATWT video clip update: Reminds me of "terrible things."
Today on As the World Turns, Luke, Noah & Ameera cut classes to attend cousin Parker's murder trial. But some details in Parker's grim testimony remind Ameera of "terrible things" and send her scurrying from the courtroom. What could have set her off? Sick of Ameera
When is this Ameera Storyline guna be over? Am fed up she is being used to stop Nuke from Kissing! Its sad the network is so afraid of what might happen if they kissed! They need to take a look at the UK's soap operas and see that gay men are treated fairly and get to kiss on screen! Come out of the dark ages now producers of ATWT and do the right thing!
Nuke and Ameera
The fact that Luke and Noah have not kissed for months has nothing to do with censorship or homophobia. It has to do with publicity and ratings. By not having the boys kiss ATWT has recived more attention that it has at any other time in its 52 year history. People all over the world are talking about it and viewership has increased by over a half million. If the boys had merely kissed on Christmas, the show would not have gotten anywhere near the publcity it has gotten.
Think about it.

So I see Noah has gotten
So I see Noah has gotten Ameera trained to fetch the coffee now. Well at least the happy couple is starting to have common interests, caffeine addiction.
So basically what we are going to get is every time Luke and Noah start to think about themselves and their relationship, Princess Plot Device is going to have a flashback to her Iraqi life and up the ante on how horrible her life was / would be if she was sent back. Thus shaming and guilting the boys into thinking that they are terrible people for thinking about their own selfish desires. Just lovely.
Anyone else note that we got a trial for Parker but how come we never had one for Col. Mayer's attempted murder of Luke or the murder of Noah's mother? Right, would have meant more screen time for the gay characters. Plus gays and hookers don't really matter.
Not up on American gun laws. Should not someone have been charged becuase Parker was able to gain access to a gun? Or does the fact that he had to steal a key prove that it was properly stored and therefore he is the only guilty party? Should not the INS be freaked about a foreign national, from a state known for terrorists, living at a location where she would have access to weapons?
