New "Alice in Wonderland" Trailer. How'd They Make Helena Bonham Carter's Head So Big?

Johnny Depp is almost unrecognizable, what with the red wig and blue eyeshadow, but Helena Bonham Carter might actually have the bigger transformation playing The Queen of Hearts in Tim Burton's dark take Alice in Wonderland, coming to theaters in March.
The latest trailer is just out and in it you get to see more of the Red Queen than you do Alice. It will be interesting to compare Bonham Carter's take to that of Kathy Bates who chewed up the scenery with evil gusto on SyFy Channel's recent Alice.
