Battle of the Network Gays: July 16, 2010

This week's Battle of the Network Gays features a badass vampire (with a limo!), a newly engaged couple from Dusseldorf, a Fox, and an Ape. Check 'em out and vote for your favorite!
True Blood's Russell Edgington
Why? We're liking this character. Okay, maybe he's a villain who'll lure you into his limo just to snack, but he's also an extremely powerful gay character, and we don't see enough of them. It's great watching Tony award winning out gay actor Denis O'Hare sink his teeth into such a juicy part.

Forbidden Love's Christian & Olli
Why? Aww! Olli popped the question this week, and it was adorable. Anthony Langford will have the clip and details in the next Gays of Our Lives column, but you can also check it out here.

Big Brother's Ragan Fox
Why? Big Brother's obligatory gay house guest this year is outrageous, loud, and a bit larger than life. But he also seems to know when it's in his best interests to fade into the woodwork and be a quiet team player. He survived the first week in the house relatively unscathed. Although he did fall hook line and sinker for house mole Annie's tearful (and probably fake) confession that she was bisexual. For his sake it was probably good that she was voted out this first week.
Saboteur Annie feeds
Ragan a cock and bull story.
Warren the Ape
Why? Because you can never have enough gay hand puppets, and apparently he came out this week! Okay, it was only for pretend, but he actually seemed to learn something from it. And maybe he is really gay. The other 'mos seemed to think he might be. Here's the ep.
Vote for your favorite by noon EDT Sunday.
And be sure to check back next Monday on the blog to see which network gay our
readers have carried to glory!
