Battle of the Network Gays: July 16, 2009

Every week we pick the gays who we think have made the biggest splash in televsion and leave it to you, the keepers of the flame, to decide who will be crowned Gay of the Week. We'll announce the winner in Friday's Best Gay Week Ever column, and that champ will reign until a new set of challengers are introduced the following week to try to steal his title.

Last week you voted Captain Jack and Ianto ("Janto") into the seat of honor, but this week three challengers will do their best to wrest away the scepter.

Check them out, and vote for your favorite!

This week's contenders:

Lloyd (Rex Lee) from Entourage (Why?)

Bruno (Sacha Baron Cohen) (Why? Love him or hate him, any character that can get the ladies of The View talking about wagging penises has surely made a splash on the cultural landscape.)

Duncan James of the British Boyband Blue (Why?)

Reigning Gay "Janto" (Check out our interview with John Barrowman)

    At least one can fantasize over Duncan James that 'if I were younger/better looking/seen a gym in the last five years' or 'if he were drunk enough/desperate enough/doing charity work/lost a bet/had to fulfil a community service order' then I might stand a chance.
