Hey Brothers & Sisters fans! ABC has just released new publicity stills of the cast as wells as screen shots from the new season's first episode which will air Sunday, September 30th. (Just like last year, we'll be recapping each new episode right here at AfterElton.com. )

Here's a brief synopsis of the first episode (mild spoilers involved):

A year after the death of patriarch Bill Walker and three weeks since hearing from Justin in Iraq, the Walker family struggles to find cheer in celebrating Kitty's birthday.

And frankly, Kitty's pouffy sleeves aren't doing much to brighten anyone's mood.

Sarah fights to save her marriage to Joe, and Kevin learns about the sacrifices involved with true love. Meanwhile Tommy struggles to help his wife Julia who is still overwhelmed by the death of their son.

Kitty struggles with being engaged to a U.S. Senator running for President.

Thank God she has that Nintendo "Wii" to distract her.

Meanwhile, Uncle Saul questions his heterosexual identity after a visit from an old friend.

Nora takes Kitty to try on wedding dresses, and while there they learn some distressing news....

My guess? Either the bridal shop has a limited selection in size -04 or it's something having to do with Justin, who's still away fighting in Iraq...
