Meet Your Gay of the Week: Neil Patrick Harris

He received a nomination for that controversial musical number at the Oscars. (Some people loved it – others hated it.) But even with its detractors, the Oscar opener – and that sequined tux jacket that accompanied it – carried NPH to an easy victory this week. Well, he is our "Man of the Decade" after all, so its not that surprising.

What is somewhat surprising is how well the second place finishers did.

Despite being minor, older characters on a CBS sitcom not exactly known for good gay representation, Tom & Ed of Two and a Half Men garnered 28% of the vote! Congrats to them for positively representing older gay couples everywhere, and congrats to Two and a Half Men and actors Stacy Keach and John Amos for making them so likable. Here's hoping we see more of these two. We say spin them off into their own show!
