New video blog! Idol Chat with Jim Verraros & Penny Frulla
This week we start a new weekly video blog with Jim Verraros, top ten finalist from the first season of American Idol. Post-Idol, Jim has gone on to a successful recording and film career, but he's making time to join friend Penny Frulla each week for Idol Chat. Last week on American Idol, the top 20 remaining contestants sang "songs of the seventies" and also shared something "surprising" about themselves. Jim & Penny dish on the best and worst performances and offer up some surprises of their own: Among them, Jim recalls being serenaded by an 11-year-old David Archuleta, and Penny awards the coveted "Marcia Brady Trophy" to the most tearful contestant. Please join us in offering a warm AfterElton.com welcome to Jim & Penny, and check out Idol Chat after the break!

Also, Imagine isn`t a Beatles song. It was a solo effort by John Lennon.
Anyway, love the new vlog. I look forward to the next instalment.
(Btw, Jim, you were great in Eating Out 1 & 2.)
I psyched. Big Idol fan - was hoping AfterElton would cover
Love me some American Idol. Wow, too cool that Jim V.'s doing a weekly recap. Seems like this year there might be a few "kindred" spirits among the male (and female cast).
Penny is really funny! Really dug the cheerleading. "Grr!"
Best Line Ever...
..."I would open my mouth and a purse would fall out"
ROTFL!
