ATWT video clip update: Drug planters don't always reap what they sow.

Today on As the World Turns people are dealing with the fallout from Casey's 21st birthday party. Reg is dead and Luke and Noah are certain that Elwood sold their friend a batch of bad drugs, but they don't have enough evidence to get him arrested.  So Casey hatches a plan to frame Elwood by planting drugs in his backpack. And Luke goes along with it no questions asked. Didn't our boys learn anything from that failed election-rigging adventure?
