ATWT video clip update: Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

Today on As the World Turns, Noah can't get onto Oakdale's army base to meet with "Lieutenant Hasbro" without a military liaison, so the boys ask Officer Riley and his awe-inspiring manhooters to intercede on their behalf.

Riley agrees, but when he shows up at Hasbro's office to "liaise" who does he find behind the desk blowing smoke rings? None other than Colonel Mayer (a.k.a. Captain Pervy).

Riley threatens to expose Pervy, but turns out Noah's psycho-Dad has some dirt of his own. Pervy threatens to expose Riley as a fraud unless he helps him lure Noah away from Luke and onto the army base.
